All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is having manufacturing defect, dead on handing over or incorrectly shipped.
If you receive an item different than what was described in your order confirmation email or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please email them reporting the condition of the item on receipt.
Returns of all having manufacturing defect, dead on handing over or incorrectly shipped items must be shipped back within 2 days of the date of receipt. Buyers are requested to send the items along with the following

If the order is REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED or does not have a reason enclosed, entitled to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the sale price or INR 1000.00 (whichever value is greater).
Upon the determination that the product is having manufacturing defect, dead on handing over or the wrong item was shipped, we will issue a full refund of the amount and shipping cost for that item. This process usually takes about 15-20 business days from the day we receive your return. All returns must include the original factory packaging.

Credit may be given provided that the item has not shipped, not back to back
ordered or been put into production.
The following conditions may apply:

• A Credit Card transaction will be voided only if canceled the same business day & business hours that the order is placed.
- • All cancellations thereafter will be made by refund check within 30 days less a 5% or INR 1000.00(which ever higher) handling fee.
- On custom built products, an additional
charge up to 20% may apply.
