All purchases are non-returnable
and non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped.
If you receive an item different
than what was described in your order confirmation email, or that is clearly in
worse condition than indicated, please email them reporting the condition of the
item on receipt.
Returns of all damaged or
incorrectly shipped items must be shipped back within 2 days of the date of receipt.
Buyers are requested to send the items along with the following

Printout of the email correspondence with us.
If the order is REFUSED,
RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED or does not have
a reason enclosed, entitled to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the sale price
or INR 1000.00 (whichever value is greater).
Upon the determination that
the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped, we will issue a full refund
of the amount and shipping cost for that item. This process usually takes about
15-20 business days from the day we receive your return. All returns must include
the original factory packaging.
